Meetings will be held on the 1st Saturday of each month at 10 a.m. All members are urged to attend these meetings and help us to have an active club. Your input and suggestions on improvements are helpful.
1. Membership shall include spouse and any children less than 18 years of age. Age 18 and older children are considered guests and require a $2.00 donation. Any other family member is considered a guest and a $2.00 donation must be put into an envelope and deposited in the box. Members are responsible for their guests’ actions.
2. Members or guests minor children are NOT to be on the club property without parental or prearranged adult supervision.
3. All members are expected to help enforce the rules and regulations of the club.
4. Members and guests are expected to abide by all Conservation Laws of the State.
5. All members shall receive a key to the club gate and a set of these rules and regulations. Any duplication of keys or giving to a non-member constitutes termination of membership.
6. All members, their families and or guests are required: TO CLEAN UP THE AREAS THEY USE - such as Campsites, Boat Dock, Club Building, Parking Area, Restrooms, etc. All garbage and trash is to be placed in the barrels provided or be taken with you.
7. Firearms of any and all kinds as well as all forms of archery equipment, crossbows, and bb, pellet, air, paintball, and dart guns are prohibited on the property. Any motorized device that is not needed for a handicapped person are Prohibited - unless approved in advance at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
8. All pets shall be kept on a leash or chain. You are responsible for the animal’s actions and waste products. NO EXCEPTIONS
9. No alcohol is allowed on the property.
10. No Selling or peddling of any merchandise or wood on Club Property.
11. JTCC Inc. Membership Does Not Include Access to the Dam. Notice: NIPSCO has posted signs that designate fishing areas. Fishermen will wade at their own risk only when water discharges are below 3,000 cfs and will not wade when water discharges are 3,000 cfs and above. No wading in water closer than 300’ from face of dam – No bank fishing closer than 100’ from face of dam - No boats or other types of watercraft closer than 300' from face of dam. At water discharges of 9,000 cfs and above, the property will be closed.
12. NO SWIMMING ALLOWED!
13. Asian Carp are not to be returned to the water. PUT IN TRASH BARREL SUPPLIED. Do not leave any dead fish lying on the grounds.
14. Do not leave fishing line or other tackle lying on the ground.. If you see something lying around – Please pick it up!
15. NO FAST DRIVING. Idle Speed - from county road « down access road to the main gate « and throughout property.
16. General Public Admission Day Pass ( $5.00) will park in designated area and be admitted after purchasing Day Pass. Public will abide by all rules of the JTCC
( Caretaker will monitor levels and advise members if camping is allowed )
1. Temporary camping is limited to 48 hours in any 7-day period.
2. Camping is a privilege and not to be abused.
3. ABSOLUTELY NO DRAINAGE ONTO CLUB GROUNDS OR INTO THE RIVER FROM CAMPER WASTE COLLECTION TANKS
4. No trees or limbs will be damaged or cut on club grounds. Bring your own firewood. Violators will have membership terminated.
5. No wildlife shall be disturbed on club grounds. DO NOT bother wildlife nests of any kind. DO NOT chase Ducks.
6. Quiet Hours from 11:00 p.m. To 7:00 a.m. will be enforced.
8. No firewood containing nails may be burned in fire rings. Caretaker will advise member if there are any questions.
9. Picnic tables and fire rings are not to be moved from the shelters.
10. The trash barrels are not to be moved from their locations. Walk to them
11. No Camping allowed on the island area.

Our Caretaker is on site to promote and police these Rules and Regulations for the betterment of all Club members. Please contact him with any problems, questions, or reporting incidents. Violation of the above rules and regulations may result in termination of membership privileges.
