Old Business Items:

1. Floor vents were purchased for restrooms

2. Batteries were purchased for gold cart

3. 3 – 1st Aid kits were purchased. One will remain one caretaker’s cart

4. Dan Herod was issued Certificate of Shareholder

New Business items

1. Key was re-issued to member after his explanation of Son’s unauthorized usage of his membership key

2. Caretaker advised meeting of arrest and expulsion of member for theft and fishing without a license by Conservation Officer

3. A second batch of Club business cards were purchased for ½ price due to printers color error

4. More shopping around for a water softener will be done due to high estimate received from distributor

5. Meeting with banker about switching account will take place within a week

6. Hog roast items:
A. Check was issued to purchase meat in advance of rising prices
B. Keys for 2011 season were ordered
C. Soda will be purchased during holiday sales
D. Cole slaw and other salads will be procured from different vender this year
E. DJ has been contacted
F. Newsletter is in development

7. Mark will follow up on Sportsman’s Alliance Raffle

8. Next meeting will be held on August 7th
